Mr. Zhang has been working for Offshore Department of China State Shipbuilding Corporation from 2010. He is in charge of planning and business development in CSSC. With many years of experiences in market research of shipping and offshore engineering equipment industry, he has worked for China Shipbuilding Economic Research Center from 2002 to 2010. He’s been engaged in many national research subjects.
