Qiao Bing

Qiao Bing, Vice Director and General Secretary of Ship Pollution Prevention Committee of CIN.  She is a doctor in environmental science, deputy chief engineering of Waterborne Transport Research Institute.  Her main research fields are waterborne transport environmental protection, ship pollution prevention, and oil spill emergency response technology.  She has directed several very important topics for study such as national science and technology supporting project, published many essays and academic works, and obtained 3 times provincial or ministration level second class awards.
