Mr Declan O’driscoll, Regional Director Oil Spill Response Limited

Declan is the Regional Director for Oil Spill Response Limited, based in Singapore. He is responsible for engaging Members and stakeholders in Asia and delivering to them Oil Spill Response’s growing range of response and preparedness services.

He was initially the General Manager of Oil Spill Response Southampton Base before moving to Singapore to oversee the Company’s operations in Asia. Declan has worked extensively in Asia and Europe as a Geologist and Drilling Engineer in the exploration and production industry prior to joining Oil Spill Response.

Declan’s professional qualifications includes MA Geology with Dublin University, Ireland and Bachelor of Laws, Open University, United Kingdom.
