Currently Mr. HU Zhiliu is working in Siemens Ltd., China based in Beijing as Senior Risk consultant of Oil & Gas Solution of Energy Sector, his responsibility is mainly provide the Process Safety Management consulting and HSE solution services for the local and international clients in China. Mr. HU has extensive experience in the process industries, specifically in the area of risk management and QHSE Solution in the oil and gas industries. Meanwhile he was familiar with multiple risk assessment techniques including Process Hazards Analysis (HAZID, HAZOP, LOPA, Facility siting, Human Factor, and Incident Review), Quantitative Risk Analysis, Frequency Analysis, Consequence modeling, Pre-Start Safety Review, as well as compliance audit and training of PSM elements best practice.
