John Ni

John Ni has been working in complex management software industry since 2002. In essence, his specialty is the conversion of the business requirements into the blueprint for the SAI Cintellate software solution. This conversion is based largely upon the previous design patterns (model) that he has been involved with in the past through personal business experience. He can make it simple with the ability to understand the Functional Analyst, and then to design and write procedure to create solution.

John has been involved in the development of many information management processes of EHS procedures including Legal Register in Petronas, Hazard Identification and Risk Management, Incident management and action management in Zhuhai Power Station in China.

John has OHS IV certificate in Australia and study in Open University of Australia with finished top of the class in the course of how to manage OHS information and data (estimate finish diploma in 2011).  He has been involved in setting up OHS management system, EHS KPIs, EHS procedures including Legal Register, Management of Change, Training, Contractor Management and more.  John also has experiences in providing models to design EHS information system workflow, form design, and data capturing.  John is a qualified English Chinese interpreter and translator by NAATI and worked in Sydney Health and NSW Compensation Court for many years. 

John has been working for Altium (Protel), CorVu, SAI Global (Cintellate, BMS Solutions) as General Manager of Asia, Senior BDM of Asia, Global VAR centre Manager, Asia Pacific Channel Sales Manager positions.
