Zhao Yangen

Zhao Yangen was born in October 1956, a member of Chinese communist party, graduated from Beijing post and correspondence college in 1997. In the same year, he took the post of Deputy General Manager of China Petroleum Pipeline Material and Equipment Corporation, CNPC, he is a senior engineer.
