George Zhang

George Zhang is the Business Development Manager for GL Offshore China based in Shanghai. He has worked in the marine and offshore industries for 15 years in the region of Asia Pacific and achieved extensive experiences on project management and risk control for offshore energy development and offshore vessel newbuilding. He has held a variety of technical and management positions in a leading consulting form and started with GL from 2010.

 He earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Naval Architecture from Dalian University of Technology and holds Master of Engineering in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, USA.
