Cai Tian

Mr. Cai Tian is now Deputy General Manager of Shipping Devision of China Oilfield Services Limited (COSL). He is a professor of engineering with many years of experiences in developing technology, building and management on offshore support vessel sector. Mr. Cai is the team leader for the national latest Five-Year Plan on key technology program:  “OSV and Auxiliary Technology in Deepwater” part of “Equipment & Auxiliary Technology Project on Deepwater”.
