Professional Experience

1. 2010-Present  

Work in CNPC safety and Environment technology institute, at Zhixin West Road No.8 of Beijing Haidian District.

As the deputy director of overseas HSE technique centre, mainly Providing the HSE & Security technical support for the overseas projects of CNPCInternationalbusiness, mainly co-ordinate the CNPC International Security Management system documentation design, establishment, development and maintenance, consult and communication with expatriate consulting team together.

2. 2007 - 2009

Work in BGP International, subsidiary of CNPC, As the Senior HSE Superintendent of BGP International, providing HSE technical & Management Support for BGP overseas Geophysical Service Contract.

3. 1992-2006

As the Chief HSE advisor of BGP International HSE department, who is in charging of HSE MS verification, Client HSE audit program and IAGC/OGP liaison coordination. Receiving the HSE audit from Statoil, chevron, BP, shell etc. conducting the joint HSE with Total HSE advisor, supporting on site for the mobilization period of BGP Madagascar project.

Since 1992, wide workexperiences in the seismic operations in China, Sudan, Nigeria, Iran, Yemen, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia has worked in many different environments such as Shallow water, Transition Zone, Mountainous, Forest, Swamp, Desert, Grassland etc. and is a capable safetyexpert with excellent communicating & reporting skills.
