Luo Huaisheng, Senior Environmental Advisor, Shell China Exploration and Production Co. Ltd.

Mr. Luo has been working in HSE Areas in EP industry and environmental consulting sector. Mr. Luo is of rich experiences in project environmental, social and health impact assessment (ESHIA), biodiversity and EP industry as well as industrial hygiene. Before  he joined Shell, he worked for Environmental and social impact assessment for the infrastructure projects financially supported by World Bank and Asian Development Bank in Mainland China. Mr. Luo holds two science degrees in Environmental Sciences and Public Health. Mr. Luo is a member of China Society for Environmental Sciences (CSES).
