CNOOC‘s Ningbo LNG Terminal Project Advances

Details are beginning to emerge about China National Offshore Oil Corp.'s (CNOOC) liquefied natural gas (LNG) receiving terminal in Ningbo, a prosperous port city in Zhejiang Province. CNOOC broke ground on the project in December 2009 and indicated at the time that it would begin operations in 2012.
