Sino-Russia Oil Pipeline Transits 15 mln Tons of Crude Oil in 2011

The Sino-Russia Oil Pipeline transmitted 15 million tons of crude oil last year, according to statistics released by the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) Jan. 4.
