The Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region saw its crude oil output rise 3.6% year on year to 2.29 million metric tons in Nov this year, according to the latest data released by the Xinjiang Statistics Bureau.
The region's crude oil output amounted to 22.11 million metric tons in the first ten months of this year, up 3.1% year on year.
The region processed 2.07 million metric tons of crude oil last month, 3.7% less than in the same month of last year.
Xinjiang's oil processing volume reached 20.57 million metric tons in the first ten months, up 2.0% year on year.
The region's crude oil output totaled 26.71 million metric tons in 2012, up 2.1% from the previous year.
