Anqing Petrochemical to Cut Crude Throughput by 3% in December

Sinopec Anqing Petrochemical plans to refine 400,000 tonnes of crude in December, with the daily throughput down by 3.23% from the previous month to 13,000 tonnes, a company source said.

The company set a lower target because of high inventory of vacuum gas oil (VGO), the source added.

Located at Anqing city in central China’s Anhui province, Anqing Petrochemical has a crude processing capacity of 5.5m tonnes/year at present. Its oil products are mainly for the supply of Anhui and nearby Jiangxi markets.
