Weak economic situation in Asian ACN market provoked Jilin Petrochemical, a China-based company, to shut down one of its lines with the annual capacity of 106,000 tonnes in Jilin.
Currently, the plant’s output is reduced by 25%. The line was restarted at the beginning of this month, though the producer planned to restart it at the end of October.
One more facility at the same site with the equal capacity was shut in spring and it is still off stream.
