Sinopec Oilfield Service Corp. Inaugurated in Beijing

The inauguration of the newly established Sinopec Oilfield Service Corporation was held at Sinopec headquarters in Beijing on December 28, 2012, a token of another important step towards Sinopec’s further specialization. Fu Chengyu, Chairman of Sinopec Group, Ji Xiaonan, Chairman of the Board of Supervisors of Sinopec sent by the State Council, inaugurated the new company, and Mr. Fu delivered a speech. Wang Tianpu, President of Sinopec Group, chaired the inauguration, Zhang Yaocang, Vice President of Sinopec Group, announced the document of the company’s establishment. Wang Zhigang, Senior Vice President of Sinopec Corp., announced the appointment of the new company’s leadership, and Cao Yaofeng, Vice President of Sinopec Group and Chairman of the service company briefed on the integration and restructuring of the company.
