SINOPEC Singapore Lubricant Project Begins Commissioning Test Run

The lubricant project in Singapore acquired Singapore Building and Construction Authority’s Temporary Occupation Permit on July 5th. This marks the beginning of commissioning test run of the project built by Ningbo Engineering Company. ​
