Sinopec Held the 12th Session of The 1st Board Meeting

Sinopec’s 12th Session of the 1st Board Meeting was held on October 23 in Beijing. Chairman Fu Chengyu convened and presided the meeting, and directors Wang Tianpu, Xu Bin, outside directors Ding Zhongzhi, Ma Zhigeng, Feng Guojing, Wu Xiaohua, Cai Hongbin, and employee director Li An’xi attended the meeting. Leaders of Sinopec including Wang Tianpu, Li Chunguang and Liu Yun did special reports on work, and Cui Guoqi, Secretary of the Board, reported the work progress related.
