It is composed of three proprietary subsidiaries in China: Jiangsu Sunpower Technology Co., Ltd (Sunpower Technology) Jiangsu Sunpower Machinery Manufacture Co., Ltd. (Sunpower Machinery Manufacture) and Nanjing Shengnuo Heatpipe Co..Ltd. (Shengnuo Heatpipe).

Invested by Sunpower Group Ltd in Sep. 2005, Sunpower Machinery Manufacture is focusing on providing various of heat exchangers and pressure vessels.
Supported by a highly professional research and development team from the university., Shengnuo Heatpipe is a joint venture between Sunpower Group Ltd and Nanjing University of Technology. The joint venture focuses on R&D, engineering, fabrication, sales and services of heat pipes and heat pipe exchangers, and commits itself to effective heat transfer, energy recycling and utilizing, and environmental protection.
