As a subsidiary of Suzhou Double Gold Group, Suzhou Double Gold Industry Co.,Ltd. (Formerly Suzhou Stainless Steel Material Works was established in 1992.) The company covers a area of 50000㎡，building 29000㎡，with a total investment of RMB 150 million. Double Gold has been specialized in production，R&D of precision casting stainless steel，high-temperature alloy steel，special steel bar，section bar，castings and forgings. Our products are widely used in pump valves and nuclear power, automobile and watercraft, medical instrument, mechanical mold, aerospace and military industry, ocean petrochemical industry, light rail & high-speed rail, special tube, compressor and turbine etc.
After many years' effort, we already have the production capacity of stainless steel, alloy steel and other special steels, annual capacity is more than 30000 tons. We fit out a set of advanced steel production equipments, such as AIM、EAF、AOD、LF、VD、VIM、ESR、IESR, and the processing equipment contains heat treatment furnace, peeling machine, roller straightening machine, cold drawing machine, coreless grinder and so on. At the moment, we fit out advanced testing equipments which include German SPECTRO direct-reading spectrometer, hardness and tensile machine, impact testing device, automatic& manmotive ultrasonic nondestructive detector, corrosion testing machine, metallurgical microscope etc. It is worth mentioning that we have successfully passed the British Lloyd's PED Certification, ISO Quality System Certification and Special Equipment Pressure Pipe Certification.
