Shanghai Jorson Petrochemical Project Management Co., Ltd. is a limited liability company contributed and established by natural person. Founded in the beginning of 2002 and approved by 33 member units of Sinopec in March 2004, JORSON became the equipment supervision unit approved by Sinopec with all votes. 

In Apr 2005, our company passed the panel review of General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China and China Association of Plant Engineering Consultants and became the B Grade qualification unit of equipment supervision officially. In Aug 2010, we upgraded as A Grade qualification unit of equipment supervision. In 2006, JORSON obtained authentications including ISO 9001-2008 Quality Management System - Requirements, GB/T24001-2004 Environmental Management System - Requirements and User Guidance, GB/T28001-2011 Occupational Health Safety Management System - Requirements.

Main customers of JORSON include petrochemical, coal chemical industry, environmental protection and power enterprises. Main service links are project supervision, installation and earth construction. In addition, we also engages in design supervision, investigation, procurement, expediting and engineering service.

We has about 300 professional inspectors engaging to provide the third party inspection, quality control, engineering management for a long time. 90% of staffs take appointment with certificates including national registered equipment supervisor certificate, senior equipment supervisor certificate, MOC supervisor certificate, CWI certificate, NDT II & III.etc.

JORSON establishes branches in regions including Liaoning, Sichuan, Hunan, Nanjing, Dongying, Shenyang, Shenzhen and offices in regions such as Zhang Jiagang, Lanzhou, and Wuxi. Employed from local regions, inspectors can provide inspection service to the entrusting party conveniently and rapidly. Inspection quality control is centralized in Chief Engineer’s Office of our headquarters. 

With office automatization, we establishes online work platform for operations including assignment, entry, exit, weekly report, daily record, tour inspection report, information transmission, system document, standard, and training.
