1.Procurement & Tendering Center of CNOOC Procurement Dept. and CNCCC International Tendering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter called “Tendering Agent”), for and on behalf of CNOOC China Limited (hereinafter called "Purchaser") invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of following equipment:

Delivery Schedule:
Within PRC: Not later than February 5, 2018.

Outside PRC: Not later than January 22, 2018.
Destination of delivery:
Within PRC: Construction Site of Zhuhai and Zhanjiang(DF13-2CEPB TOPSID,DF13-2 WHPA TOPSIDE delivered to Zhuhai and the rest to Zhanjiang).

Outside PRC: Zhuhai and Zhanjiang Port, Guangdong, P.R.China(DF13-2CEPB TOPSID,DF13-2 WHPA TOPSIDE delivered to Zhuhai Port and the rest to Zhanjiang Port).

2.Qualification requirement:

Taken the bidders for ball valve and cryogenic ball valve for the same manufacturers make a brand, the brand manufacturers has at least nominal diameter greater than or equal to 26 inches and pressure levels greater than or equal to 600 pounds of ball valve, and nearly a decade internal two offshore oil and gas fields or FPSO project runs successfully on the train 2 years (including) above;The brand manufacturers has at least nominal diameter greater than or equal to 18 inches and pressure rating greater than or equal to 600 pounds and less than or equal to - 100 ℃low temperature ball valve manufacturing performance of heat-resistant, and nearly a decade within two offshore oil and gas fields or on FPSO project train run successfully (including) above, 2 years or more of the ball valve and cryogenic ball valve shall provide a copy of the performance contract and stable operation of supporting documents (final acceptance certificate or final debugging report or user operation certificate. Documents need to include in the name of supply, the main technical parameters, the user list, user home countries (regions), and other information).

3.Main technical requirement:
1) API Spec 6D certification.

2) low temperature ball valve seat valve bonnet seal type is such as lip seall，Valve stem seals adopt LIP SEAL+PTFE，Sealing material must be internation well-known brand, to ensure the reliability of the seal.

3)Body size and the process connection should meet the order material requirements.Size range：3"、4"、6"、8"、10"、12"、14"、16"、18"、20"、22"、26",Process connection：FF\RF\RTJ,Normal temperature range of ball valve: - 29 degrees Celsius to 270 degrees Celsius.

4)Ball valve sealing material （PCTFE\PEEK\R-PTFE etc）chooses import brands，Specific material should satisfy the valve data sheet and detailed list of demands of materials，（When the valve is used when stress level is less than 900 lb adopt R-PTFE，When the valve pressure rating greater than or equal to 900 lb when using PEEK；Ball valve seat sealing material at low temperature should be able to at minus 100 degrees Celsius under the condition of low temperature has good sealing performance）.Low Temperature Ball Size range ：3"、4"、6"、8"、10"、12"、14"、16"、18",Low temperature range of ball valve：- 100 degrees Celsius to 200 degrees Celsius.
